Сегодня мы расскажем о том, что такое E-Receipt. В чём интерес проекта и какая нам всем от этого выгода. А теперь по порядку.
E-Receipt — это…
Как вы поняли с названия, это обычный электронный чек. И да, для Украинского рынка это ещё то новшество. Прелесть в том, что весь электронный оборот будет доступен на любом мобильном устройстве.
Это нововведение должно быть выгодным для всех — и для нас и для предпринимателей. И для наших клиентов, и конечно для государства
Выгода для предпринимателей. Тут на самом деле есть где разогнаться:
- простая регистрация за один день (а не 5, как раньше)
- не нужно покупать и поддерживать РРО. (а они и так стоят от 4 до 20 тысяч + поддержка)
- не нужно ездить сдавать документы и влезать в бюрократическую волокиту
Справка: РРО (регистратор расчетных операций) — это и есть та самая касса со всеми приблудами (на бюрократском — программно-технический комплекс, в котором реализованы фискальные функции и который предназначен для регистрации расчетных операций при продаже товаров (предоставлении услуг), операций по купле-продаже иностранной валюты и / или регистрации количества проданных товаров — Википедия). Согласно реформе, РРО заменят ПК, планшеты и телефоны.

Выгода государства. Тут и без теорий заговора понятно, что первоначальная цель реформы отнюдь не наша спокойная жизнь. Конечно, благодаря этой реформе нам станет легче, но выгода для нашей ГФС кроется в деньгах — более пристальный контроль оборота повлечет за собой больше дохода от налога.
И мы (законопослушные предприниматели) конечно за такие изменения. Хотя не совсем чистые в этом плане предприниматели опасаются, что из-за этого могут ужесточить санкции, увеличить штрафы да и вообще в целом давление на малый бизнес вырастет. Последнего пункта опасаемся и мы.
Выгода для клиентов и покупателей. У них ничего не измениться. Всё будет по-старому, но теперь они смогут проверить свой чек на сайте ГФС, и посмотреть какие ребята-продавцы молодцы. Но мы-то и сами покупатели, и знаем, что никто из обычных покупателей таким заниматься не будет.
Как это будет работать
По идее, для внедрения этой системы нужно будет только стабильный интернет и электронное устройство. Его нужно будет зарегистрировать на сайте.
Чек в электронном формате, получить свой QR-код и сохранится в системе ГФС и на мобильном устройстве. Чек можно будет найти на сайте ГФС, и он будет доступен и для продавца и для покупателя. Непосредственно, последнему, он будет приходить на электронную почту (как в Европе)
Кстати, в Союзе предпринимателей Украины уже даже сказали, что это позволит малому бизнесу сохранить около 56,6 млн гривен.

How is 97% higher productivity calculated?
To calculate the 97% time saving, we compared the time required for the traditional method of uploading receipts to a computer, renaming receipts, and uploading them to our accounting software with the time needed for the Receipt-AI process. We manually went through the traditional method as quickly as possible, setting a timer to track our speed. In contrast, with Receipt-AI, we simply take a picture of the receipt and text it. By comparing the time difference, we found that we reduce repetitive work time by 97%.
